Day Off

The sun's shining, my knees are almost movable, and I can go fifteen minutes without gasping for breath. That particular conjunction of circumstances hasn't happened much lately, so I'm going to take advantage of it.

Blogging Nonsense

I'm too disgusted with the state of cyberspace, today, to bother with much blogging. Too much nonsense. Too much ideology. Too much blatant bullshit.
I'll try to post something this evening.
Due to my health and the weather, I haven't been out and about much lately. If both show a bit of cooperation I'll try to go downtown this afternoon to take some pictures. A walk along the river always does me good, and we've had a rather bad explosion in the basement of an 1890's theater complex. Blew out the storefronts on the ground floor and made a devil of a mess. Wouldn't mind having a closer look. I'm hoping one of the real gems of the place wasn't damaged; a perfectly preserved 1940's Art Deco restroom. The whole thing's made of architectural glass and etched crystal. Since it happens to be in the basement, I'm not hopeful.

He IS a Nutter

Have a look at THIS , and please explain to me just how Mr. Blair's bungling was inspired by religious faith?

Day Off

Just not up to dealing with it.
